Simptomi se najpogosteje pojavijo v ve\u010dernih urah ali pono\u010di, ko se telo umiri. Simptomi se pojavijo tudi pri dolgotrajnem sedenju za ra\u010dunalnikom, v gledali\u0161\u010du ali na letalu.
