Malo manj ljudem pa je znano, da s <strong>pretirano<\/strong> ali nepravilno <strong>fizi\u010dno aktivnostjo<\/strong> lahko telesu naredijo ve\u010d \u0161kode kot koristi. Tu je <strong>5 napak<\/strong>, ki se jih moramo izogibati pri \u0161portni aktivnosti. Se pri kateri najdete tudi vi?[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>1. Preve\u010d ali premalo vadbe<\/h3>\n<p>Prav tako kot <strong>premalo<\/strong> telesne aktivnosti slabo vpliva na na\u0161e telo, tudi <strong>pretirana<\/strong> aktivnost ni dobra. \u0160e posebej pazljivi bodite pri intenzivnih dejavnostih. Dvigovanje ute\u017ei prilagodite tako, da imajo mi\u0161ice dovolj \u010dasa, da se regenerirajo. Prav tako dalj\u0161i in intenzivni treningi teka niso priporo\u010dljivi vsakodnevno. Cilj je, da najdete pravo <strong>ravnovesje<\/strong> med <strong>vadbo in po\u010ditkom<\/strong>. Privo\u0161\u010dite si tudi <strong>dovolj spanca<\/strong>, saj se v tem \u010dasu telo najbolje obnavlja.
