How do I place an order?
First, find the product you want. The categories in the menu or search field will help you. Then click the ‘add to cart’ button. At the top right of the CART you can keep track of how many items you have in it. If you click on the CART button, you will see a list of items you have in the cart, the total amount and other steps necessary to complete the purchase.
When do I receive the order?
The order will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the placed order or payment.
How do I know when the package will be delivered to me?
The delivery company (GLS) will notify you of the delivery via SMS, so it is important that you always enter your mobile phone number when placing an order.
What are the shipping costs?
When ordering products with a total value over 50 €, postage is free. Shipping costs will be displayed in your cart during the purchase process.
How do I pay for the package?
In the cart you will see the payment options. You can choose between credit card, Paypal, cash on delivery (not available in all countries) or SEPA direct.
Where can I check if I have placed an order?
After a successful order, we will send you an automatically generated e-mail of the order. The e-mail shall state the ordered products, the quantity, the price, the payer’s address, the delivery address and the order number.
I have ordered the package but haven’t received it yet, what can I do?
Please contact us or write us and we will check for you where the package is located. Alternatively, you can track the parcel via tracking number provided by SMS or email from delivery company. Furthermore, you can also call the delivery company (phone number is listed in the GLS message).
I have a promotional discount code that doesn’t work?
Upon receipt of the code, check the terms of use. The expiration date may have expired, the code does not apply to the selected products, the total purchase amount is too low to redeem the code.
