Delivery

Orders received on a working day by 12 noon, are prepared and usually shipped the same day (not valid during major promotions, as the number of orders can exceeds our capacity only these will be dispatched a day or two later). All orders received after 12 noon are prepared and shipped the next business day.

We send the goods via GLS. We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

For items where delivery times will be longer than otherwise provided, the customer will be notified of the changed delivery time. The buyer covers the postage in case of purchase less than 50 €. The cost of delivery at the time of purchase is displayed in your cart and is recorded on the invoice that you receive together with the ordered products. For purchases over € 50, postage is FREE.

RETURNS
For returns, you must notify the seller in advance and enclose a copy of the invoice in the package.

Products should be sent to the seller’s address: Mind trade d.o.o, Trzaska cesta 42, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, Europe. We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and that the items are properly prepared for transport. Buyer pays return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not accept ‘cash on delivery’ shipments.

The products must be returned undamaged, unused, in the same quantity and in the original packaging. If you start using the products and change your mind and you will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

Upon withdrawal from the contract where the promotional code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user.
